I want one! It has a belt made of the same material tied at the waist, and buttons up the front.The Brown and Cream polka dot dress Hillary Swank is wearing in a paparazzi shot?

Edit: I checked WireImage, and Google Images, and could find nothing even close, nor any pictures of Hilary more recent than the end of March. Without an actual link to the picture, not much more I can do.
