Does anyone know how to dress a baked potatoe without using butter and sour cream and all the fattening stuff?

Tuna and sweetcorn makes a great baked potato filling and is very low in fat and calories but super healthy.

Tinned tomatoes with onions, red peppers and chickpeas is another of my favorites.

Both these have protein and vegetables so are perfect for making a baked potato into a fantastically well-balanced meal.Does anyone know how to dress a baked potatoe without using butter and sour cream and all the fattening stuff?

As 'hogtyd' said, they're great with low-fat cottage cheese. Sprinkle on some chives too, and enjoy! Mmm.. my mouth is watering.. it's getting to be lunch time. :)
Fat free plain yogurt (as a substitute for sour cream) and fat free shredded cheese.
