Cream dress, cream shoes. That works best, but if you would like something different, you could wear coloured shoes, such as red with red accessories (bracelet/earrings). Or metallics would also be nice, particularly bronze if they were strappy. Actually anything strappy would probably work, depending on the dress.
well yes you could go for brown ...depending on how you want to where your dress....but I just love shoes ....and I have got a pair of the latest ones...I am sure would go with cream....there multicolour....with a cream background....you can get them in green multi ...purple multi...i love them....
be adventuress it depends how dull the cream is but if it can pass for dirty white try red shoes and red accessories it also depends of the tone of your skin if you've got a nice tan red looks FAB and if the dress is a browny cream go for brown
Depends on your accesorise, cream, brown ,navy,lilac,purple-maroon,green,any colour i would say except white and black can be to harsh

Hmmmm....cream is difficult....but a pair of brown shoes/sandals would work well. Brown usually looks better with a cream dress than black does.
Cream goes with any color really.

how cream? if it is quite yellow-y wear black shoes if it is quite white where white or black - heels would be nice
