What goes better with a cream-colored dress, silver or gold?

I'm wearing a cream-colored dress to a formal event and need to buy some shoes and an evening bag. Should I go for gold or silver, or some other color? Silver matches my skin and hair better but I think gold matches cream better.What goes better with a cream-colored dress, silver or gold?
Either will match... I personally like silver because if you are not careful with gold, then it can look tacky. But with this look, GOLD would be the best choice. silver doesn't really match with cream. If you choose a suttle gold handbag and a cute gold shoe with some accents, you will have an ah-mazing outfit!! I think Red goes well with a cream color....but If I had to choose between silver or gold, I would pick gold, because cream is like a lighter, less shiny version of gold anyway
Dull gold goes best. Stay away from the flashy bright gold. You can also try the park bench green, for shoes, clutch purse and/or a necklace, try the new necklaces with the beads that look like they are not attached and floating.

Maybe a cream bag because you don't want to overdo it. As for accessories, go with gold as well but if you are wearing a longer chunkier necklace then go with small stud earings or nothing at all and a gold cuff bracelet
I have on a cream colored tunic today and I'm wearing gold shoes. It looks perfect together so I suggest going with gold. It will showcase the color better that way.
I think silver goes nicely with cream and if silver goes better with your skin you should get the silver jewelry, then you won't be wasting money because you will be able to wear it again with anything, not just the cream dress.

Yeah I would go with gold as long as it is real gold you plan to wear. Fake gold looks rubbish and trashy. If it's not real gold then go with the silver or nothing.
