depending on how much cream suace you want. take a half stick of butter(not margerine, but butter)melt in a pan. add two tablespoons of flour and cook until you have a rue. add whole milk to this mixture slowly until it is the consistency you desire. next, cook your spinach or take canned spinach and heat in a seperate pan, with salt to taste. when it is done, add to the cream sauce and cook for another few minutes making sure that your cream consistency stays the same. of course, when you add the spinach to the sauce you must drain it first so you don't dilute the sauce. try it, you'll love it.Does anyone know how to make creamed spinich the one like boston markets resteraunt does it?
