What colour accesories to wear with a satin cream dress?

Im going to a wedding on Saturday and have just purchased a lovely cream satin coast dress from e-bay, was thinking of wearing either a pashmina or bolero jacket with it, but what colour to go for, does anyone have ideas? I have dark brown hair, was thinking of dark chocolate brown?What colour accesories to wear with a satin cream dress?

if the wedding is in the morning, your accessories should not be too dark...just wear something that would give a light contrast to your cream dress...an earth-like shade of gold would be nice. example, for an elegant sophisticated look, you might want to wear a simple medium-gold bolero or shawl paired with an elegant gold earing and a watch or a bracelet.


no need to wear a necklace.

i'd got with chocolate brown, mabye with gold embellishments. it would look great, especially if your eyes are light brown or green (with gold flecks would be AMAZING but most people dont have golden flecks in their eyes)

or you could try a pale pink satin
I think a darker coat would be better. Wearing cream/white dresses on a brides day is not the best idea. It can seem to be trying to overshadow the bride. Offset it with a darker coloured jacket or some colourful accesories.

Dark coloured accessories will be great. They bring out the contrast with your cream coloured dress. Maybe black? Dark chocolate brown is kinda nice!
